Gereen R. Francis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder of Tangerine Behavioral Consulting LLC. Since 2009, she has dedicated her career to empowering families, educators, and early interventionists through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her focus is on creating positive, sustainable behavior changes that improve lives through training, coaching, and consulting services.

With roots in severe behavior intervention and language development, Gereen’s early work in autism support fueled her passion for training and coaching families. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise to include roles as a Behavior Interventionist and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) District Coordinator, supporting both general and special education programs.

Originally from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, and as a mother to a twice-exceptional child, Gereen understands the complexities of implementing behavioral strategies. This personal and professional background drives her commitment to educating and empowering parents and educators with practical, effective ABA and PBIS techniques.
