Welcome to Soul Thursdays, a program of Community Education Collective, LLC.
These Terms of Service govern your participation in Soul Thursdays events, programs, digital communications, and text messaging services.
By using our website or voluntarily registering for our services, you agree to these Terms as applicable to the services you choose to use.
1. Soul Thursdays
Soul Thursdays is a live episode podcast and community education program presented by Community Education Collective, LLC.
Our programming may include live podcast episodes, educational discussions, guest interviews, community conversations, event announcements, resources, and related programming.
Participation in our SMS/text messaging program is optional and is not required to attend Soul Thursdays events.
2. Event Registration
Visitors may register for Soul Thursdays live events through our website or third-party event platforms such as Zoom.
Registration information may include your name, email address, and other information necessary to provide event access and communications.
Event schedules, guests, topics, and availability may change.
3. Soul Thursdays SMS/Text Messaging Program
Soul Thursdays offers an optional recurring text messaging program operated by Community Education Collective, LLC.
Participants who voluntarily opt in may receive text messages concerning:

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or participation in Soul Thursdays events or programs.
4. How to Join the Text Community
Visitors may voluntarily join the Soul Thursdays text community through our designated SMS signup process.
Providing your phone number through the SMS signup process and completing the applicable consent process constitutes your request to receive recurring Soul Thursdays SMS communications.
SMS enrollment is separate from registration for our live Zoom events.
5. How to Opt Out
You may discontinue Soul Thursdays SMS communications at any time.
Reply STOP to any Soul Thursdays text message to unsubscribe.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in consent information will not be shared with partners or sponsors for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Content may not be reproduced or commercially distributed without permission except as permitted by applicable law.
12. Live Events and Recordings
Soul Thursdays is a live podcast and community program.
Live sessions may be recorded, streamed, photographed, or republished. When applicable, participants will be informed that an event is being recorded.
Participation in interactive portions of a recorded event may result in your voice, image, name, comments, or contributions appearing in the resulting recording.
13. Program Changes
Community Education Collective, LLC may modify, postpone, cancel, or discontinue an event, program, communication service, or feature when necessary.
We may also update these Terms periodically.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
