For the past 12 weeks, Dr. Christina Christian, Dr. Toi Curry, Elyse Jones, LMSW, CPC, Dr. Christopher Collins, Nicole Doyle and I have been building toward this—and now we’re inviting you to be part of our first parenting workshop!
Through Soul Thursdays and our Parenting Circles, we’ve explored a question that keeps coming back:
Can a loving, involved parent still miss something important about their child’s safety?
Recent events have made these conversations feel especially urgent. The Mississippi grand jury’s decision not to indict anyone in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells, while his family continues seeking answers, has left many parents grieving alongside them and thinking about the moments when our children enter a world we cannot see.
